Last night was my last night ever at The Cottage. I miss it already. But even more I already miss Kris. I’ve just landed in Melbourne and the reality that I now live here is hitting me. It is exciting, but terrifying. I think I will feel better when Kris and Darcy are here and we are settled in our house. I need stability again.
Well, goodbye newcastle, I will miss you.

Hanging out at Melbourne airport. Just made friends with an old bloke from northern central coast/Newcastle. A trucks driver with a bead. He’s great haha. Excited and scared to go home. Mostly excited.
I WILL BE HOME THIS TIME TOMORROW! And all I care about at the moment are my wonderful Melbourne supports AND BEING BACK WITH MY LOVE. It has been over a month since I’ve seen K and not one day has been easy for either of us. 24 hours, babe. I love you.

Watching Project Accessory with Julia. I have decide that her and I should be either contestants or judges on the show because we are amazing.
I don’t like today. I am sick and I have a bunch of intense, conflicting feelings and I just want to cry. And nearly have. And I wish I wasn’t at work and could just be in bed sleeping and cuddling - even if it’s only a hot water bottle. I hope I’m well enough to dive home this evening. I’m over being so far away.

In even bigger news, Rolling Stone wrote an article about a famous punk singer who just came out as a trans woman and it doesn’t fuck up the terminology and in the whole article uses the right pronouns.

Nine more sleeps until I am back in Newcastle and can cuddle and see Kris and be happier!! And two more sleeps until I get the keys to our house!
That awkward moment when you’re out at a gig and it gets to 11pm and you’re ready for bed, but can’t go home. Eek.
Sometimes hanging out with good friends is harder than being alone because I miss Kris even more and feel exponentially more alone when everyone leaves. Sigh.
